Vilitra 20, which contains Vardenafil as its active ingredient, should be avoided by certain populations due to potential health risks. These include:

  1. Men with Cardiovascular Issues: Individuals who have had a recent heart attack or stroke, or those with severe heart disease, should avoid Vilitra 20. This medication can affect blood flow and may exacerbate cardiovascular problems.

  2. Patients on Nitrate Medications: Vardenafil can interact dangerously with nitrates, which are often prescribed for chest pain (angina). This combination can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure.

  3. Those with Liver or Kidney Disease: Individuals with severe liver or kidney impairment should avoid Vilitra 20 mg  as their bodies may not be able to metabolize the medication properly, leading to increased side effects.

  4. Hypersensitivity or Allergy to Vardenafil: Anyone who has had a severe allergic reaction to Vardenafil or any of the inactive ingredients in Vilitra 20 should not use this medication.

  5. Women and Children: Vilitra 20 is specifically designed for adult males with erectile dysfunction. It is not intended for use by women or children.

Always consult a healthcare provider before starting or stopping any medication, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications that could interact with Vilitra 20.
